Focus areas include financial services, processing and technology, including credit cards and payments where we have world-class domain expertise and a deep network.

Intrepid provides corporate development and strategy consulting services to financial services and technology firms, and to enterprise software companies.

Consulting can also include guidance in establishing and/or enhancing distribution and delivery partnerships designed to build enterprise value, assistance raising expansion capital, and due diligence.

We work closely with management to understand and enhance a company’s value. We prefer to become a virtual member of the management team.

Our business model is a blend of retainer and success fees, per diem or project fees, as appropriate.
